STORE POLICIES
NEW STORE POLICY:
PICKUP POLICY RULES:
-We allow 7 business days to pick up your order
-After the 7th business day, your order will be added back to inventory and you will be issued store credit without notice. If for whatever reason you are unable to pickup within 7 days please let us know so we can try to accommodate a better solution. You can message us via email, facebook, or Instagram.
-Please let us know if someone other than yourself is picking up the order or we will not be able to release it to them.
-If you need items shipped please chose to SHIP, unfortunately we can’t change method of pickup/shipping once order is placed.
SHIPPING POLICY:
-Sassy Couture is NOT responsible for customers order once it is in the hands of our postal system.
-The customer is responsible for incorrect addresses; unfortunately if address is incorrect, a shipping fee will be charged to have it re-shipped (please note this will take about 2-3weeks since it has to be shipped back to us and then re-shipped back to you)
-Any issues (delayed times, lost or stolen) with mailing should be brought to USPS’ attention.
-If the customers items do not fit or is not what was expected, the customer is responsible to ship items back and place another order to make an exchange or to receive store credit
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
-All SALE ITEMS AND SWIMWEAR are FINAL SALE. We can not exchange or return anything that was bought in our ON SALE OR SWIMWEAR tab.
-Regular priced items can be exchanged for a different size/style or for store credit only and must be done within 5 days. No refunds can be issued. Thank you!
